Description

This is my evil looking just in time for Halloween image.  To me it looks like a portal to the dark underworld with fiery pillars pointing the way.  In reality, it's a starless NGC 6820 done in SHO.
At the center resides a star cluster that appears to have eaten out the surrounding gas.  The pillars appear to be very similar to those in the Eagle Nebula.  They are all pointing in the same direction of the cluster.  There is even bright star formation at the tips of some pillars, again as in M16.

Description: Ok I'm done with the Halloween references, but now onto real images. This is a HaSHORGB image. The stars had been photometrically calibrated before adding to the stack.

Description: This image has been very problematic to process. There was very little signal in the SII and especially the OIII channels. That resulted in a very poor final result. Way too much noise and streaking. I just couldn't get that stuff out. I'm only posting this because it is at least better than the previous versions.
